Events

Copper Cove Golf Club appreciates the opportunity to host your event. To keep with the high standards of hosting functions in our Clubhouse and the surrounding property and to keep everyone attending your event safe, we ask each event to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • All attendees must adhere to Copper Cove Golf Club dress code (golf attire i.e., no tank tops or cut offs). Anyone not complying with the dress code will be asked to leave the property until the dress code is followed.
  • Copper Cove Golf Club will have exclusivity for any food or beverage products consumed at our facility.
  • Private bars will be attended by Copper Cove staff only at a fee of $25/hour per bartender. Self-service bars are not permitted. All outside alcoholic beverages will be prohibited on Copper Cove Golf Club Property.
  • All damages to the Copper Cove Golf Club property during an event are the responsibility of the person that caused the damage. Any damages should be reported to a Copper Cove employee as soon as possible, so the proper reports can be filled out, contact information collected, and repair estimations given to the person that damaged the property. In the case that damages are not reported, the responsibility falls on the person in charge of the event.
  • Copper Cove Golf Club is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Clubhouse or surrounding property.
  • The person in charge of the event is responsible for the conduct and behavior of all attendees of event.
  • All linen will be provided by Copper Cove Golf Club and will be charged at the market rate at the time of the event.
  • A deposit of 1/2 of the room rental will be required with the signing of the agreement. The balance of the invoice must be paid in full at the conclusion of the event.

Room Rental pricing is based on a 3-hour event including cleanup. Set up is available for up to 1 hour prior to the event at no charge. If you need more than 1 hour for set up, you will be charged an additional $50 per hour. Additional charges are listed below if event goes over the 3-hour allotted time. There is an additional charge if the event goes over the 3-hour allotted time. Pricing for Full Facility Rental will be priced by ownership upon request.

A great space for small gatherings of 15 people or less. This room is perfect for small business groups, small club gatherings and one on one private meetings.

$125 for a 3 hour event, including setup and cleanup.

$35 per hour additional charge if event goes over the 3 hour alloted time.

The Kiawah Room

Bright and airy with a sunroom feel that accommodates up to 45 people. This room is perfect for luncheons or cocktail gatherings as well as medium business and club meetings.

45 people max

$300 for a 3 hour event, including setup and cleanup.

$75 per hour additional charge if event goes over the 3 hour alloted time.

A full size ballroom that accommodates up to 100 guests. This room is perfect for weddings, parties and large business events.
